This is a statement from the vendor itself with no modification by JPCERT/CC.
There was an issue with the authentication process in the old version (Ver.3) of MUSASI, where unintended users could access names and passwords linked to IDs. However, there is no problem now as the system has fully transitioned to Ver.4.
