Description
CX-Supervisor provided by OMRON Corporation contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability (CWE-125, CVE-2021-20836).
Impact
If a user of the product has access to change system settings and opens a specially crafted SCS project file, information disclosure and/or arbitrary code execution may occur.
Solution
Update the software
Update the software to the latest version according to the information provided by the developer.
The developer released the following version that contains the fix for this vulnerability.
